  • Rent for the main conference room, size according to the number of people
  • Standard equipment in the booked conference room: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 flipchart, 1 pin board, 1 moderator's case, WLAN, writing materials for each participant
  • One coffee break (half day) or two coffee breaks (full day / + EUR 10 per person) with sweet, savory and healthy snacks
  • Unlimited coffee and tea selection throughout the day
  • Unlimited drinks in the conference room (apple juice and mineral water)
  • Unlimited drinks with lunch (mineral water)
