The ADAC Driving Safety Center Thuringia in Nohra (near Weimar) offers numerous driving safety courses for everyone and the opportunity to improve your driving safety while having fun behind the wheel. Whether for novice or experienced drivers. Train for dangerous situations, e.g. wet and slippery roads or sudden obstacles. The center not only has a modern training facility with various state-of-the-art modules, but also modern rooms that you can use as a venue for your company events.

Soccer Team Event

Offer your employees and customers an individually tailored programme and organize your company's own world championship.

Divided into teams, the participants have to master various challenges with the round leather and compete in unconventional disciplines. Trommelworkshop "Drum circle"

A drum circle connects people through fun, energy, initiative and music. In this way, a team, regardless of its composition, ethnicity, age, professional group, etc., learns what it can achieve together and what it means to find the common groove or to fill it out. Each participant is actively involved right from the start and decides for themselves, according to their own abilities, in which form and with which instrument they participate or which impulses they give to the group in order to support the common rhythm.

Under the guidance of a rhythm facilitator, the team is brought together or guided and communicates with each other in a completely different way. The main focus here is on a sense of achievement and moments of team spirit - on the personal responsibility of each individual to orient themselves in the rhythm, to find it, to accept it, to listen, to say yes and finally to actively fulfill their role in the group.

The drum circle as a form offers unity and brings about a conscious perception of each individual participant and encourages them not only to coordinate visually and acoustically, but above all to give their best. The acoustic feedback and the sound of the resulting beats not only bring a personal sense of achievement but also a strong team spirit.

Automotive engineering - the interactive pit stop

The soapbox - a kit and a team battle with physics...

Experience this extraordinary team activity and create your own in-house car race. Set up your own racing team and use the kit to design your own individual soapbox - the components can be bolted together in almost any way you like. Can you manage to construct a functioning brake and steering system?

After the construction phase, the teams compete against each other in a time trial. But time is not the only deciding factor.

Creativity is required when it comes to designing the racing suits and the team flag. The overall presentation and, of course, the vehicle design itself are important factors.

After the final award ceremony with a champagne shower, the joint celebration begins in the paddock. This unique team-building event stands for creativity, team spirit and goal-oriented action. Witness an exciting development in the planning, construction and testing phase for yourself.

Team Challenge - Game without limits

Having to get involved blindly with the group, being carried unconditionally by team members through a spider's web, solving the most difficult and tricky tasks together - the team course is a challenge for young and old. The individual stations of our team course are completed in teams of approx. 8-12 people each.

The motto of all the activities is: Only together are we strong! Sometimes funny, sometimes sporty, sometimes thought-provoking, the individual obstacles have to be overcome and puzzles cracked. You can choose between simple and complex, and the individual action fields can be flexibly combined at any time. By the end of the course at the latest, the group will realize how important communication processes and clearly defined team structures are for the development of strategies for problem solving and conflict resolution. The group's newly acquired sense of community then in turn provides positive impetus for your team's work process.

Strategy Life

Between the prison and Schlossallee

Go to the prison, don't go through the lottery, but have a cocktail on Schlossallee and answer a question on Theaterplatz. At "Strategy Life", the quizzical adventure dinner, reality mixes with games and dinner with fun. Because here you become living game pieces yourself.

"Strategy Life combines elements of the well-known games "Who wants to be a millionaire?", "Monopoly" and "Activity" and also integrates a multi-course menu into the process.

Your employees are welcomed with a "gambler" cocktail and greeted by the game leader. They will accompany the players throughout the evening and provide an entertaining commentary on the events. After a short introduction and division into groups, all teams receive their starting capital.

The teams walk through the legendary streets between Schlossallee and the prison and answer questions on various topics at the individual stations. Team tasks have to be solved together on the "adventure field". With a lot of imagination, skill and a bit of luck, the teams can increase their starting capital or, with a bit of bad luck, lose it.

The game is interrupted at regular intervals. Your employees return to reality for a short time to eat the individual courses of the multi-course menu. Refreshed, they then continue their "Strategy Life" journey. At the end of the evening, the winning team is determined and duly celebrated with an award ceremony.

The bang-on-case device

The oversized marble run with the domino effect!

"Setting a ball rolling" is a proverbial saying and means that something starts, gives the impetus, is set in motion and triggers a chain of events, it also means that something secret is uncovered. In our team event "The bang-on-fall apparatus", you will use various materials and objects, liquids and fireworks to build an apparatus that works according to the principle of cause and effect, the so-called "domino effect".

Imagine: a small hammer knocks a ball, it rolls slowly along self-made tracks, through pipes, shafts, perhaps onto a seesaw, the impact suddenly topples a chicken egg from its opposite side, it falls into a funnel, smashes and runs viscously into a glass, which in turn stands on a letter scale, the weight of which tensions a rope... - It is the tremendous fascination of progressive dynamics, the play with possibilities that awakens the joy of discovery and experimentation and becomes a sensual experience. The participants work in small groups on one section of the apparatus at a time. The team in the first segment builds a marble run in which the marble is sent on an adventurous journey. The next section deals with kinetics, the transformation of rolling motion into other types of movement, such as tilting, falling, turning or swinging. After that, everything revolves around flowing and trickling, water and sand, with funnels, seesaws, scales and containers. The team in the fourth segment is dedicated to electrical energy, building small circuits for lamps, barriers or for setting off fireworks.
