What can I do with the Dorint Vouchers?
- You can use this new "means of payment" to pay directly for services used at any of the Dorint Hotels & Resorts' leased establishments. The voucher is therefore like cash.
Who can obtain Dorint Vouchers and under what conditions?
- Anyone with a Dorint Card can purchase as many 50-euro vouchers for 45 euros and 100-euro vouchers for 90 euros as they wish.
How do I buy Dorint Vouchers?
- Simply place the desired number of vouchers in the shopping basket and pay conveniently. The vouchers will then be sent to you with registered numbers.
What are the terms and conditions for redeeming Dorint Vouchers?
- With this voucher, the holder is entitled to pay for services used by the aforementioned companies in any leased establishment of Dorint GmbH, Essential by Dorint GmbH and 5HALLS HOMMAGE HOTELS GmbH. Should a hotel leave the Dorint Group, redemption is no longer possible there. An exchange for cash or a cash refund of differences is excluded. The hotel terms and conditions apply.
- When the voucher is issued, one euro (in the case of a 50 euro voucher) or two euros (in the case of a 100 euro voucher) will be paid into the Neighbours by Dorint Foundation, which the Dorint Group uses to help neighbours in great need as a result of the Corona crisis.
